The Offspring released their last album, Days Go By, n 2012. Now it looks like their new album will be delayed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Frontman Dexter Holland revealed to Download TV that while the upcoming record is “basically done,” it’s currently “on hold.”

“It’s basically done, we’re kinda just doing some last-minute tweaks,” Holland says. “We had a single scheduled to be released and all that stuff, and then this happened. So it’s on hold at the moment.”

The Offspring recorded and released a cover of the Tiger King song “Here Kitty Kitty,” though the video’s been removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim.
