The trailer dropped for Sheryl Crow’s Sheryl: Music From The Feature Documentary, due out May 6; and now a companion album to the film has been announced.
Sheryl: Music From The Feature Documentary is described as “an intimate story of song and sacrifice,” in which the artist “navigates an iconic yet arduous musical career while [battling] sexism, ageism, depression, cancer, and the price of fame, before harnessing the power of her gift.” The documentary, directed by Amy Scott, premiered at SXSW on March 11, ahead of a spring premiere on Showtime.
The album will be available digitally and on 2CD, and showcases Crow’s biggest hits, such as “If It Makes You Happy,” “All I Wanna Do,” “My Favorite Mistake,” “A Change Would Do You Good,” “Strong Enough,” and many more.”.
