Myles Kennedy has unveiled the latest single from his upcoming solo album, The Art of Letting Go, dropping on October 11th.

“Miss You When You’re Gone” follows previous singles “Nothing More to Gain” and “Say What You Will,” and the singer-guitarist is gearing up to support the upcoming album with an extensive 2024-2025 tour, including a fall UK/European leg and a North American leg that kicks off in January.

“Miss You When You’re Gone,” is also accompanied by an animated music video which tells the story of a young girl who moves into a new house and befriends a ghost. During the course of the video, we see the girl grow up into adulthood and eventually old age, all the while remaining friends with the ghost until a touching conclusion. The clip was conceived by Kennedy and his longtime animated video collaborator Ollie Jones.
