Metallica and its All Within My Hands foundation have announced that the fourth Helping Hands Concert & Auction will take place December 13th at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, hosted once again by Jimmy Kimmel.

The band shared in a statement: “We’re psyched to announce we’re adding one more show to the calendar this year… Our @allwithinmyhandsfoundation’s Helping Hands Concert & Auction returns to Los Angeles on December 13 at YouTube Theater! Hosted by our friend @jimmykimmel with appearances by special guests, we have an exciting night planned for you with some amazing items and experiences up for auction. As always, all proceeds benefit the Foundation’s mission to support workforce education, the fight against hunger, and other critical local services.”

All Within My Hands, the non-profit Metallica founded in 2017, which is “dedicated to creating sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger and other critical local services.” This year’s event will mark the return of AWMH’s Helping Hands Concert & Auction to LA. The previous Helping Hands show in December 2022 raised approximately $3,000,000, 100% of which went directly to All Within My Hands.
