Drummer Dave Lombardo and guitarist Scott Ian recently announced they were teaming up to work on the soundtrack for Netflix’s upcoming movie Thunder Force. You can now stream the title track from the movie, which features vocals from both Corey Taylor and Lzzy Hale, as well as contributions from cellist Tina Guo.
Thunder Force is out April 9 and stars Melissa McCarthy, Octavia Spencer, Pom Klementieff, Melissa Leo and Tyrel Jackson Williams. The synopsis reads: “Two childhood best friends reunite as an unlikely crime-fighting superhero duo when one invents a formula that gives ordinary people superpowers.” Check out a trailer for the film – here.
