Eric Clapton sets limited run of 2025 tour dates this fall

Eric Clapton will hit the road in September for a limited run of U.S. tour dates. The trek, featuring special guests The Wallflowers, is the only U.S. dates Clapton has booked for 2025. Clapton’s band for the U.S. tour will be Nathan East on bass and vocals, Edward ‘Sonny’ Emory III on drums, Doyle Bramhall II on guitar, Tim Carmon on Hammond and keyboards, Chris Stainton on keyboard, Sharon White on backing vocals, and Katie Kissoon on backing vocals.

The tour begins September 8th in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena, and will continue for five additional dates making stops at Cleveland’s Rocket Arena, Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center, Boston’s TD Garden, New York’s Madison Square Garden before wrapping up Sept. 20th at Uncasville’s Mohegan Sun Arena.

Clapton will be kicking-off eight nights at the Nippon Budokan in Japan on April 14, and also has U.K. dates booked, including three nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall in May, plus shows in Italy and France.

The tour comes on the heels of the release of Clapton’s recent studio album Meanwhile, which features six new songs and eight previously released singles, and includes collaborations with Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Bradley Walker, Judith Hill, Daniel Santiago, and Simon Climie.
