Straight from the Kitchen:
“This is a wild and crazy tribute to Bob from KLBJ. He is a wonderful customer of ours and we wanted to celebrate his 30 years on the air as well as his birthday.
We’ve got a hard fried egg on a toasted buttery bun with carnitas, bacon, griddled jack cheese, poblano sauce, and avocado sitting on a crunchy tostada shell.
This amazing beast of a meal is topped with a jalapeno toreado and a papa rellena!
The tostada shell is like putting potato chips on your lunch sandwich. We will run it for breakfast today, Wednesday, to Saturday, 9a-4p!”
